Dear Mr. Pike
I always loved Dr. Seuss Stories and his magical
voice, which charmed virtually all who saw and heard them. Then he
died and who will fill the void I sadly thought. Then along came
fate and brought GRUMPUSS and Travis Pike with a new magic and joy.
So cheer up world, and every girl and boy, because Travis has picked up
where Dr. Seuss left off — led by his cat, GRUMPUSS by name — and opened
a new world of stories, imagination and games.
Travis Pike has been on our Radio Program, "POSITIVE
PRESS on the AIR", WAAT - 750 am, twice, once on November 19, 1999 (GRUMPUSS)
and again on December 20, 1999 (SANTA'S MAGIC). He has certainly
gotten my attention with his unique story of GRUMPUSS put to rhyme that
is incredibly captivating and entertaining. I've listened to it while
driving to my destinations. I'm always in a hurry where ever I'm
going and GRUMPUSS has slowed me down.
I'm POSITIVE that almost everyone will find what
we've found in your work. Great pleasure and highly entertaining.
“Truly a work of art, you see — that I'm sure, gave you as much pleasure
writing as it did for me.” Keep the magic coming! |
