Dear Travis,
Thank you for a fantastic interview! I've never been so sorry
to see an hour come to an end, and I know our listeners enjoyed "meeting"
the Grumpuss!
That title, "America's Greatest Living Storyteller" may just be an understatement!
Your performance of some of the scarier parts of The Grumpuss raised
gooseflesh on my arms. And when we talked about your preparations
for the Blenheim Palace performance, you made it so real that I almost
had pre-performance "butterflies"! I could see the audience
troop in, as the finishing touches were put on the set and you prepared
to bring the Grumpuss to life—with minimal prep time beforehand and a looming
deadline for taping. You made me feel the excitement when
everything came together seamlessly.
If this works with your schedule, I'm looking forward to a future interview
in which we can introduce the listeners to a few assorted Krimms, Oddwoks,
and Twaddles. Let me know!
Take care,
Dot Cannon
